Installation
Most Mavula covers fit without removing seats or disconnecting wiring. Installation time varies by vehicle; some models may require rear seat removal.

A few minutes of prep
Preparing the seat properly makes for a faster, cleaner fit and the best possible finish.
- Vacuum the seats
- Remove items from seat pockets
- Sort components according to labels
Seat base installation
Position the cover
Place the cover over the seat base and align all seams.
Feed the straps
Feed the straps between the seat base and the backrest.
Tighten evenly
Tension the straps evenly for a snug, wrinkle-free fit.
Adjust as required
Smooth and adjust the cover until it sits cleanly.
Check the controls
Ensure all seat controls operate freely.
Backrest installation
Remove the headrest
Lift the headrest clear of the backrest.
Pull the cover over
Draw the cover evenly down over the backrest.
Align the openings
Line up the openings around the headrest mounts.
Secure the fastening
Fasten the securing system behind the seat.
Refit and adjust
Refit the headrest and make final adjustments.
